The Golden Compass, trailer looks impressive although aimed at children the film does look very promising and reminds me of the Lord of the Rings and Narnia

Religion isn’t it funny how it causes the most weird of situations, take the last weeks incident of a British teacher being arrested in Sudan for letting the children of the class she was teaching call the class teddy bear Muhammad, the teacher was jailed and could have expected a lengthy jail term of 40 lashes, all for the sake of the children wanting to call the teddy Muhammad, so now she is finally free, as of today thanks to the work of two Muslim peers of the British government, she was pardoned by the Sudan President, but all in religion really does cause problems its worse than being political correct.
