My new job at the University of Chester is going really, well i am enjoying what i am doing, although my job hasnt been specified exactly what i am doing, its the last week of my two week induction and i now have a greater understanding what the department of LIS (Learning and Information Services) does for the University and how without the LIS department the University would struggle to function without the I.T support.
Overall really interesting so far
And loving it

Currently I am working on k2photoblog
Wordpress photoblog this is a modified version of the k2 theme, the idea of the photoblog is that it uses all the advantages of using k2 and turning it for use as a photoblog. The photo blog has been inspired by k2Nautilus, which was made by marinegirl.
For my version of photoblog I have used the latest k2 release as my base and built upwards, I consider this still a beta in all respects.
Currently I have two versions, either one has a slightly different way of having the text of posts displayed.
Also i am working on several k2 wordpress themes, these can be found on my demo website.
Well today at shavington high school its my last day working here, i start my new job soon at the Univeristy of Chester working on their intranet. I have liked working here at shavington high school, all the staff and pupils are really friendly. If i had been offered more hours i would have probably decided to stay instead of move.
But thats the way the cookie crumbles.

Madeloud.com recently launched its new site to the indie music community with some unique new ideas. To begin, they’re offering unlimited digital upload space for the first 300 bands to sign up. That in itself is something unprecedented in the independent music arena…underground bands and solo artists can also promote and sell their digital music direct to fans in one place without the red tape and high percentage fees required by other music portal providers.
