Won Again

We won again at hockey, that makes two wins in a row which is ace. Though we played against the same team which was Winnington Park but i think the 6ths are coming into their own finally especially as we now have some young blood in the team with besides myself 3 or 4 other University of Chester players. Its making all the difference the extra pace and fitness. Well hopefully in january we can make it three wins in a row. :)

In the end we won 3-1 which is respectable, though not as good as our land side victory of 5-4

Internet Explorer fails

Internet explorer has failed again, well in recent days a flaw has been found in internet explorer 7, 6 and earlier versions which could at could let hackers gain access to their computers and steal personal data, and told them to swap to a rival browser.

The flaw was spotted last week when hackers started attacking users of IE 7. The flaw, however, has also been found in earlier versions of Microsoft’s browser, IE 5 and IE 6.

Because Internet explorer is used by seven out of every ten computers in the world, the flaw is potentially very serious.

Microsoft is trying to put together a patch, but in the meantime computer users have been advised to update their security settings or switch to unaffected browsers such as Firefox or Opera. Come over to the light side i say, come over to firefox. Users of other browsers have been saying this for far too long that internet explorer is flawed and now we finally have some proof:

Found this handy little tool to use with firefox, its an addon which allows you to login into your last.fm account and select what music you want to listen to. You can search from tags, artist, username, your music recomendations, friends, top artists and your favourite artists, so quite a choice. The addon is called Fire.fm
