Well as im quite the computer game player, especially even more so with a good internet connection. I have ended up playing so many more games of late all due to Steam which is although a good way of playing games, does have the disadvantage i can be a bit too easy to part with my money haha.
Currently im playing the following games:
- Dawn of War 2 – i completed the campiagn which i liked alot especially towards the end with all equipment options which allowed for lots of customization and different tactics to opt, depending on the mission etc. And since the Last Stand game mode has been added im enjoying it even more, as it allows for even further tactics to explored with different load-outs.
- Borderlands this another game i have at the moment, which i find to be immensed especially with the cell shaded graphics and the 100s of weapons and the scavenge and loot features means you always are selling your old weapons and finding or buying newer ones, add vehicles, different enemies to face at different levels and multiple missions, enemies from bandits to bugs. And add in co-op functions and it becomes an addictive game. Oh and there a 4 characters to choose from and each can be customized so no two players can have the same character as you can customize your stats and abilities, its endless customization, its awesome!
- Dragon Age: Origins this is another game i have bought have yet to play but from the plot and screen shots its going to mean i will spend hours playing on it, and its made by bioware, who brought us KOTOR so i just know im going to love it.
Im hoping to add a few reviews of these games as i get round to it. 
I have been quite busy of late to actually get a proper blog in, i have so many projects on the go at the moment, which are:
8bitdesign – re-desing my portfolio/development website again – i just dont know which direction i meant to go with this website, hopefully come up with some new inspiration soon.
Sweetcron – currently wanting to create my own theme for my lifestream.
8bit-online – this blog im well happy with the theme and layout are good, will not be changing for a good while yet.
Arma2 – map making got back into making maps for Arma2 for Fragit, also just downloaded the model and addon creation pack which means i will be able to import my Nogovan Light Infantry into Arma2, also i have the Halo models which i in turn would like to convert, playing as Spartan in multiplayer that sound like alot of fun doesn’t it!
WordPress themes – really need to get round to uploading all of my wordpress theme when i can, so i can develop my portfolio further.
I finally have a new computer after many years of i would say struggling with my old computer, it was long over due for myself to get a new computer. My new computer is so much faster etc, its probably about 10 times faster i would say.
The hardware is mighty impressive:
- Dual Core AMD 3.10GHz
- 4.Gig RAM
- 500 Gig HD 16MB Cache
- ATI Radeon 4800 2Gig Graphics Card
So now my computer really does fly, and it will be able to play the latest games, and run all the software packages i need too. As before i was finding it hard on my old machine to run multiple programs at the same time due to having only an AMD 1600 and 512MB RAM whch is pathetic compared to my new computer, which i see as a good investment for the future.
