Played Varsity for Chester Hockey yesterday, we were playing against Warrington men’s Hockey team the first time they had a men’s hockey team, god it was a close game we had no subs and experience they had the subs and hardly any experience. It was a very tough game really close battle, several chances we had but in the end it ended 0-0.
Which resulted the game going to penalty flicks, god it was tense but Chester came out on top with a win 3-2 on penalties with a reptile in goal, what a great game!
Though overal warrington campus won, the first time in 7 years that they have won the Varsity so fair play to them, Chester will bring home next year. 
On saturday i played hockey for chester once again, this saturday we took on the might of Lymn Hockey club, who scored a very early goal as chester had no woken up. there second goal and 3rd goals came quite easily. Our come back goal was made by a penality flick.

Overall a solid performance and a much better team effort than last week.

Played hockey at the weekend on Saturday at Chester vs Goldbourne, we had a great game.
Especially as the week before we played top of the league Neston hockey club and managed to come away with an impressive team performance and a draw, although we could have won that game in the dieing few minutes of the game when Matt managed to run through most of their team before been taken out by their goal keeper.

Saturdays game was very much the same sort of game against Neston, but what Goldbourne lacked in skill, they made up with brute force, and sometimes it was more of a game of rugby than hockey. We fought hard and at times, we thought it could have gone our way, but in the end they scored one goal. But we fought back and we couldnt just managed to get it past their keeper, all in all a great game. We lost our four games unbeaten streak, but we have done well in recent game.

Now i look forward to the game on saturday and also to the game on Wednesday for University.
Yesterday i watched my first watepolo game at University, it was the current University of Chester Waterpolo team versus leavers and it was a great game to watch, the leavers naturally won of course. I helped out i was timing the periods and keeping score, i was quite surprised how that although there are four periods that last only seven minutes the periods lasted much longer than that, because if the ball went out, or a foul was commiteed or a goal was scored i had to stop the timer. All in all i had a good day watching the gamer, and throughly enjoyed helping out.
Then in the evening i went out with people off the waterpolo team, and we had a blast getting drunk and ending up in last orders, it was a good night, many drunken photographs are now residing on my facebook profile. All in all a crazy night out
