On Monday morning at 10.00am i will be leaving Chester with the University of Chester Men’s and Women’s hockey teams on our annual hockey tour to a foreign country, i wasnt able to attend last year as i was unable to afford it. I have this year and will be intending to make the most of the week away in sunny spain, as we will be heading to Lloret de mar where it will be much warmer than here in the UK. Its going to be a fun week away of playing hockey, drinking and banter.
Though a 20 hour coach journey from Chester to Lloret de mar will certainly be interesting! Im sure it will be as eventful as when i went to Salou!

Now all there is left to do is to pack for tour.
and the most important thing to remember about tour is “what goes on tour, stays on tour!!”
So i have just paid for Hockey Tour in April 5th – 11th, im so looking forward to it as this will probably be my only chance of having some form of holiday this year, unless i find a special some one, but right now tour it will be. We are off on tour to Loret de Mar in Spain, part of the lloretfest organised by Sportsparty. It will be 5th tour and one final chance to live the dream of been a student, as this year really will be final year of been able to play as part of the University squad, which i have enjoyed been able to help out the club and step up to the challenge.
Hopefully i will be on the committee again due to been my 5th year. Im not going to be harsh with the nature of tour rules and the tour rules just use them to keep people in line, i will be out there to enjoy myself and that’s the most important thing!
Bring on Tour
Hi one and all i will not be posting any blogs for awhile, well i haven’t been of late because of University work, the work load of a Masters is surprisingly quite alot.
I am going home tomorrow night, so will be without internet access for a few days, and then after that i will be in Amsterdam on hockey tour so will not be back for about two weeks so see you all then, have a good easter all.
